So we did a thing to start 2025 I had a reiki session with Jazmine today. To say it was EVERYTHING I needed is just not enough words to justify IMO. This was my first time at this establishment and WOW!!!! I am a huge supporter of black owned businesses, especially ones that hold customer service to a higher standard. I have found myself my new esthetician, she is professional, sweet, a great conversationalist... I felt like I was just waxed by my "home-girl". So don't be shy... she has seen it all as she has been in the game for a minute (this includes man-scaping)! Also even though I have been getting waxed for years, there is still a level of discomfort that is constant but with Jazmine I was anxious but didn't need to be because it felt liked being quickly pinched, a quick type of discomfort... NOTHING like what I'm used to experiencing AT ALL and before I knew it, she was telling me that I could get dressed. I have been waxed in many different types of establishments by several types of estheticians and this is the BEST experience I have had to date. I'm not bleeding which I have had to occur in the past due to having very sensitive skin; no stinging, no throbbing, no sensitivity to the touch... NO after waxidiscomfort what so ever! I told her my wants (no hair at all ANYWHERE) and I got what I asked for... I mean NO HAIR! I'm super proud of any BLACK ENTREPRENEUR but a black business owner or establishment that treats its consumers as a priority will always get the green-backs I work hard for. Needless to say I have my next appointment set.

I had the pleasure of having my eyebrows arched by Jazmine. The service was exceptional. Jazmine was professional, pleasant and created a hospitable and inviting atmosphere. She explained her customer service approach and put it into action while servicing me. Extremely pleased with her work and her price is quite reasonable. I will be a repeat customer.
